We differ from traditional record labels in that we share a full seventy percent of the profit from each record with the artists, who also retain the rights to their recordings. Our contracts are fair and non-exclusive.
We offer very high quality 320 kbps MP3 recordings and leverage technology to offer our customers the best buying experience possible. For example, CD buyers also get a download immediately.
Much of the music in our catalog was produced by Will Ackerman, the Grammy award-winning founder of Windham Hill Records, and recorded at his studio in Vermont. Ackerman's own "Last Day At The Beach" appears on our Woodsongs Guitar Compilation.
Artists are invited to submit recordings for consideration.
