Our Content Management System offers many advantages over traditional websites. The software we’ve developed allows you to manage all the pages in your website and lets you make changes to any page, add and delete pages, and change the order of the pages. It also lets you change the header and footer. For example if you wanted an ad to appear at the top of the page or on the side, we make it possible for you to change those yourself.

All the content is stored in a database for faster loading. It also ensures that the new pages will be consistent with the old pages since all the pages are automatically created from the same template. This new software still allows you to manage and upload images and documents without using extra software like FTP. This software also adds a search feature and increases the search engines’ ability to find the content on your website. It’s intuitive and very easy to use. Training takes less than an hour, and is included. If you can type an email, you can use this software.
The admin panel shows all the pages in your website. From here you can change the order of the pages, delete a page, or add a new page. You can also create separate admin accounts to give different people access to make changes to different pages for security or privacy reasons.
When you click on one of the page titles in the admin panel, it opens the editor window. This is where we make all the changes to the pages in the website. The editor is very easy to use, with intuitive icons for the various functions such as adding an image, creating a link, or cutting and pasting text. It works a lot like Microsoft Word®. If your staff has html skills, you can turn off the editor and work with the code if you prefer.
The image manager lets you upload photos and graphics and store them for placing on pages in your website without using additional software such as FTP. There is also a documents manager that handles things like .pdf files or printable forms.
The login is located on a separate page that provides access to the database and system for making your changes. This provides extra security and privacy.
