Design Problem
Increase quarterly incremental revenue for America’s largest online retailer.
What We Did
Amadeo created a series of html emails, or eNewsletters, to message Amazon.com’s database of 25 million customers to let them know about new products and corporate announcements. We designed the emails to have a file size of 30kb or less, and coordinated the campaigns with the major web-based email providers to lessen the impact of the large volume of email sent and avoid the messages being blocked.
How It Helped
These messages resulted in a substantial increase in incremental revenue and laid the foundation for Amazon.com’s present suite of email newsletter offerings.
